ART OSAKA 2026 Expanded Section の会場となる”北加賀屋”では、通常のアートフェアでは収まりきらない大型作品やインスタレーションが展開されます。かつて造船所として稼働していた近代化産業遺産の記憶と作品が、ここでしか味わえない鑑賞体験を生み出します。
世代もメディウムも異なる実践が、空間の読み取り方を変え、アートフェアの枠組みを内側から押し広げます。
Kitakagaya, the venue for the ART OSAKA 2026 Expanded Section, showcases large-scale works and installations that transcend the boundaries of a conventional art fair.
The site—once a bustling shipyard and now a recognized heritage of industrial modernization—intertwines its historical memory with the artworks to create a viewing experience found nowhere else.
Here, diverse practices spanning different generations and mediums challenge our perception of the space, expanding the very framework of an “art fair” from the inside out.

Artists
Ryo Koizumi / 小泉遼
小泉は、西洋の芸術、哲学と同時に、東洋思想、特に禅からの影響を大きく受けた作品を制作している。身体的な反復の中で内省を深め、自己の存在と向き合うという禅的行為を通して、存在、光、多義性、他者との関係性を探求する。
禅の書に見られる円相や曼荼羅、枯山水の砂紋など、東洋的な思想を基盤としている「enso」シリーズ、色彩を探求し、光を主題とすることで他者に開かれた外向性をもつ「Halo」シリーズ、分断と結合/動的と静的/美術とストリートの文脈/西洋と東洋といった両義的な表現を提示する「locus」シリーズに加え、キャンバスと異素材を組み合わせることで自己と他者との関係性を表現した「Fragment」シリーズなどを展開する。
本展示の「Resonant Field」では、円環構造の中で反復される筆致は差異を生じつつ時間の痕跡として蓄積し、緊張と静的な力を帯びる。場に立ち現れる力と間、自己と他者の関係において、本作は共鳴する。そこでは存在は固定されず、関係性の中で揺らぎ続ける。
