京都精華大学芸術学部デザイン学科卒業。
女の子という、フクザツで愛しい存在をテーマに、言葉にならない感情や心の動きをすくい上げ、絵画や立体作品として表現している。

自身の人生の転機となった出来事をきっかけに、言葉にできない感情や「好き」という気持ちをすくい上げ、「memeco」というキラキラした瞳の愛らしいキャラクターに託して作品を制作している。
memecoは、見る人の内面にいる「やりたいことや夢にまっすぐだった頃の自分」をモチーフにしたキャラクターだ。
見る人それぞれの内面にある記憶や感情と静かにつながり、自分自身と対話するための存在であって欲しいと考えている。

代表的なシリーズは「お椀少女」。「好きすぎて沼ってます」がコンセプトの作品群であり、「自分の好きなものにどっぷりと浸かりたい」と言った思いを表現している。
平面作品として描かれていたシリーズを立体としても制作しており、国内外のアートフェアで高い人気を獲得している。

A graduate of the Faculty of Art, Department of Design at Kyoto Seika University.

Her work explores the “complex and endearing” nature of girlhood, capturing unspoken emotions and the subtle movements of the heart through painting and sculpture. Inspired by a significant turning point in her own life, she channels intangible feelings and pure affection into her signature character, “memeco”—an adorable figure characterized by sparkling, expressive eyes.

“memeco” serves as a motif representing one’s “former self”—the person who once pursued dreams and passions with unwavering directness. Through this character, the artist hopes to quietly connect with the memories and emotions within each viewer, acting as a vessel for self-dialogue.

Her representative series, “Owan Shojo” (Bowl Girls), is centered around the concept of “being deeply immersed in what you love.” Originally a series of two-dimensional works, she has expanded this vision into sculpture, gaining significant popularity at art fairs both in Japan and internationally.
